The Memphis Grizzlies want to show their appreciation for Memphis City schools staff members by offering discounted tickets.
Standing Ovations for Peabody
The audience of music professionals applauded, wept, and roared their approval as The Peabody Elementary School Dance Ensemble, under the direction of Jerry Sanders, performed at the American Orff-Schulwerk National Conference on November 9 -10 in Birmingham, Alabama.
Fight Free 50 Campaign
Beginning December 5, Memphis City Schools will join the Memphis Grizzlies in launching the Fight Free 50 campaign. This campaign targets the district’s secondary schools.

Healthy Choices Week, November 28 – December 2, will present a different societal issue each day through community and school activities in the hopes of educating Memphis students on how to make good life decisions.
