Another
school year is winding down, and I believe we can all agree that the
year has gone by quickly! Over the last 10 months, we have had many
successes, thanks to lots of hard work, dedication, and commitment
from teachers, principals, students and staff members.

Elementary a National Schools of Distinction Award Finalist;
Vying for “Best of the Best” Honors
Delano Elementary School is one of 48 schools nationwide selected as a finalist for the Intel and Scholastic Schools of Distinction Awards and one of only two chosen from the state of Tennessee. The Schools of Distinction Awards honor schools for implementing innovative and replicable programs that support positive educational outcomes.
