The Department of Information Technology is helping Memphis City Schools advance in a new era where technology is more important than ever. The IT Department is successfully responding to the ever-changing operational needs of the district by consistently meeting the department’s goals of implementing workforce enhancements, a state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, an IT service management model, and an IT governance model, and establishing a comprehensive information security program.
