Memphis City Schools has an obligation to be accessible to the citizens of Memphis, due to its critical role in educating our current and future citizens.  The charge of addressing citizens’ concerns will be performed by the Office of Constituent Services (OCS) with the use of an information system that tracks constituents’ concerns from the beginning through resolution.

The purpose of this office is to respond in a timely manner to constituents’ concerns or requests for information regarding the operation of Memphis City Schools.  The ultimate goal of the office is to improve citizens’ experiences with Memphis City Schools at the district level. This office provides a central location where constituents’ issues can be addressed using well-defined protocols, making it possible to resolve matters efficiently and effectively.
