CONSTITUENT SERVICE INFORMATION CENTERS

Memphis City Schools’ (MCS) Constituent Service Information Centers were established to ensure that parents’/guardians’  and the community’s  experiences with MCS are positive and productive as well as open and accessible.  There are six designated centers:  the Office of Constituent Services (OCS), the Office of Student Transportation (OST) and a Parent Center within each of the four Regional Offices.    

WHICH OFFICE SHOULD YOU CALL?

1. Call the Office of Constituent Services (OCS) to express district-related concerns or request general information. A district-related concern is any concern other than a parent-school or student transportation concern (e.g., facilities, nutrition, procurement).  
   
   Please contact Mr. Orlando V. Bridges,  Manager, Office of Constituent Services at 901-416-9982.  The office hours are  Monday – Friday from  8:00  a. m. – 4:30 p. m.
   
   
2. Call the Office of Student Transportation to express transportation-related concerns or request general information. 

   Please contact Mr. Ron Brewer, Coordinator, Office of Student Transportation at 901-416-5540.  The office hours are  Monday – Friday from 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p. m.

3. Call the Parent Center at the appropriate Regional Office to express parent-school concerns or request general information.  The office hours  are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. -  4:00 p.m.  Contact information for the Regional Offices is listed below. 
   

4. Employees of Memphis City Schools who have concerns regarding personnel matters should  review the Policy on Complaints and Grievances (#5.501) for further instruction.
