The Workforce Investment Network (WIN) In-School Program is designed to provide year-round academic enrichment and work-based learning opportunities for eligible youth. Students participate in after school programs at selected sites and in Saturday Enrichment Workshops offered each month. The workshops cover topics such as study tips, test taking skills, attaining goals, workplace readiness, leadership, and money management. Only students 14-21 years of age are eligible and must meet federally-mandated income guidelines as well as other criteria. Participants are eligible for summer job slots awarded to the program.
