New Staff Orientation/Training

 


The purpose of New Staff Orientation/Training for ‘New’ Special Education teachers is to provide specialized training in order to help beginning teachers make a smooth transition into teaching and to help improve retention rate.  Support and training are provided to ensure that teachers understand their roles and responsibilities as well as the mission and philosophy of Memphis City School and the Division of Exceptional Children and Health Services.
