Raineswood Residential Center Barbara Bolton, Coordinator BoltonB@mcsk12.net Raineswood Residential Training Center was started in 1975. It is the first public school residential program in the United States for the education and treatment of students with autism. Placement at the residential center is an educational decision dictated by the Individual Education Plan (IEP) of the student. Raineswood is located at 3232 E. Raines Road, Memphis, TN 38118.
