Home< Programs Speech/Language Services   All students with identified speech/language impairments receive appropriate interventions through a variety of service models available at all Memphis City Schools (MCS) sites.  Students from age three (3) through twenty-one (21) are eligible.    Location: Speech/language therapy services are provided at all MCS sites.  Contact:  Deborah Harris, Coordinator (901) 416-5205.
