The
Memphis City Schools Alumni Hall of Fame Gala is the school systems
signature black-tie fundraising event that not only recognizes
distinguished MCS alumni, but it also raises much needed resources
for music and arts programs in the school system.
The 2nd Annual Alumni Hall of Fame Gala was held on Friday,
May 11, 2007 at the Hilton Hotel. The hotels Premier Grand
Ballroom was transformed into an exclusive dinner and Hollywood
style awards program with tons of sponsor branding opportunities!
The gala is an exclusive red carpet event complete with an elegant
Sit-Down dinner, Awards Presentation, Silent Auction, and Musical
entertainment performed by local and national recording artists
and more. A VIP cocktail reception took place prior to the
event and was an intimate mixer for event sponsors, local
celebrities and other special invited guests.
