Rescheduling Info

If the Field is not Playable:

1. Contact the opposing school immediately and revise as to the rescheduled date.

2. Contact the MIAA office in writing and advise of change.

3. Contact the assigning agent as to the make-up game date so the umpires can be reassigned for that date.

4. It is the home team coach’s responsibility to make sure the playing site is playable before noon on game day.

5. If a game is postponed for inclement weather it is the home team’s responsibility to secure a new play date and site.  For games on park fields, please contact the Park commission at 767-4580 between 10am and 12pm daily, to secure a new site and date. 

 

 

Once the game is rescheduled: E-mail  Mike Rodrigues at  rodriguesmichaela@mcsk12.net with all rescheduled dates and sites.  The home team will also contact the visiting team with the rescheduled date and site.  Finally, contact the assigning agent with the rescheduled date and site.
