The Employee Performance Evaluation Process (EPEP) for classified employees has been revised, simplified and improved greatly for 2006-07. Please do not use any forms dated "2005-06." An Advisory Board helped with the revision. This board was dominated by principals, who requested and gained significant changes in the process and forms. One addition is a group of Skills Set Checklists to help score the job-specific items (7 - 10) for Nutrition Services Managers, SBE, School Secretaries, Educational Assistants, Bilingual Cultural Mentors, ISS Assistants and Behavior Specialists.
