For the first time MCS has access to over 60 commonly used forms and documents that are translated into 23 different languages. These forms will make it easier for schools to communicate with their non-English and limited English speaking parents. These forms may be downloaded from your school's administrative workstation computer (s) at the following website (use lower case letters):

Password: Assigned during registrationIn addition, preprinted packets from the TransACT Translation Library are available through the MCS's warehouse in the following five languages.

French / English (stock #92152)You may order these packets just as you order any item in the warehouse. All forms are printed in both English and the identified language so that you can see exactly what the parents will read. It is requested that the English version accompany the translation forms when distributed to parents.
Additionally, a list of translators and interpreters are provided to schools as a resource to enhance school and home communication. These translators and interpreters in most cases can also serve as a resource for cultural information about certain countries students are from.
