New Teacher Network Meetings
The "First Steps to Excellence" New Teacher Network meets regularly during the school year. The New Teacher Network series is designed to support beginning teachers and their mentors through regular networking, professional development, and reflection. Participation is an important component of every beginning teacher's induction into the education profession and of every mentor's support of beginning teachers. Attendance is recommended for beginning teachers and mentors.
The 2007-2008 meeting dates are provided below. All New Teacher Network Meetings will be held at the TLA from 3:30 – 5:00 p.m.
