Reads Schools of the Month Announced
Bruce Elementary
School used some little star power to achieve reading success in January.
In support of January’s “Community Readers in the Classroom” theme,
Bruce Elementary brought in a number of distinguished guests, including
Marietta Conley of News Channel 3, Kontji Anthony of WMC Channel 5
and Board Commissioners Stephanie Gatewood and Tomeka Hart.

The
Memphis Academy of Health Sciences and Westwood High School were selected
to attend the April 4th Grizzlies game at FedExForum as winners of
the Fight Free 50 Campaign drawing on March 1st.
