Superintendent's
Corner
In
1979, Memphis City Schools established the Adopt-A-School Partnerships
program for the purpose of bringing community and business partners
together to help prepare our students for successful futures. Today,
more than 600 small and large businesses, civic groups, faith-based
organizations, government agencies, learning institutions and military
installations serve as Adopters of the district’s 191 schools,
and we are very grateful to them for their caring and their support!
