Open Records requests must be submitted in written form - sent by mail, fax or email – and include as much detail as possible to help ensure the request is processed correctly. A legal representative from the MCS Office of General Counsel will contact the media outlet or individual citizen upon receipt of a request and again when the request has been completed.
