Efficacy
Dr. Jeff Howard presents a provocative perspective on adult and student proficiency. The objective of all efficacy training and services is measurable improvement in academic performance and character development for children and young adults. This session will teach school and community leaders how to align their resources (people, time, programs and money) to lead a systemic effort to achieve high standards. Educators and service providers will learn how to select and implement effective strategies that “get results”. The core approach is the Self‐Directed Improvement System™ (SDIS™) an operational framework for effectively using data to drive strategies focused on high standards (Proficiency).
