Know the Law!  Reasonable Accommodations and Student-to-Student Sexual Harassment
The first part of this presentation will address the new ADA Laws as well as outline the procedures for employees requesting accommodations.  The last part of this session will show participants how to integrate a district Student Code of Conduct along with district policy concerning student to student sexual harassment.
