The beliefs of Airways Middle School are:

All students are capable of learning on different levels.
A student-centered curriculum that uses problem -solving strategies, as well as a complete literacy approach is the main priority of the school.
Since students learn in different ways, they are provided with a variety of instructional approaches and strategies to address their individual learning needs.
Continuous assessment and analysis is important to school improvements at all levels.
Parents, students, community members, faculty, and staff at Airways Middle School share in the decision making that will impact our academic growth and development.
Clear goals and high expectations for students' achievement guide the development of the curriculum, the design of instructional strategies, and learning activities.
