Brownsville Road Elementary School offers enriched academics in a challenging learning environment.  Instruction is designed to be interesting and to help motivate students to develop all their problem-solving skills to reach high levels of achievement.

Instruction is conducted in a clam, well organized environment that is conducive to productive learning experiences.  Self-motivation and self-discipline are stressed, and students learn respect for people, property, community and country.

Meeting Student Needs

Homerooms consist of optional and non-optional students.  Optional students at Brownsville are assigned to homerooms and are then scheduled into enriched math, science and language arts classes.  Emphasis in these classes is on higher level skills.

Other academic instructional time is spent with the homeroom class or teacher.  This class structure and organizational plan allow teachers to maximize class time and better meet the needs of all children.
