Our vision for Caldwell is a diverse and multifaceted learning environment with opportunities for academic excellence and personal growth. • We believe that all students are a valued member of our school and community.
• We believe that all students are capable of the highest level of learning when given opportunity and resources.
• We believe that it is the shared responsibility of the faculty and staff, the parents/guardians, the students themselves and all interested stakeholders to ensure the best education and learning experience possible.
• We further believe that these stakeholders will collaborate through open, clear, concise communication to make decisions and implement policies that address the educational and social needs of the students.
