Nelda Morgan, Librarian

      After retiring from Hernando High School in 2007, I began a new career with Memphis City Schools.  I now have 31 years of experience as a librarian, and 30 of those years were with high school students.  The students here at Chickasaw Middle have welcomed me with open arms. They are so eager to discover new things and always bring such joy to my day.    Together we look forward to great things ahead!      

   Automation of the library is the new advancement  for this year.    We will also be receiving a Literacy Grant for the 2008-2009 school year.

    On Friday April 25th, Ms. Morgan was surprised with a special gift of flowers from Reginald Redmond.
