| Welcome to Cordova Elementary School | |||
| On behalf of the faculty and staff of Cordova
Elementary School I am delighted to extend a welcome to our new families
and welcome back our returning families. The start of every school year
is always an exciting time: new friends, new classes and teachers, and the
chance to explore new concepts and ideas. Each year brings change as well,
and this year is no different. We are now a five-year old K-4 school, we
have three new staff members, and we have so many wonderful resources and
technological advances to explore. We will continue to operate our own before
and after school-care program. This handbook explains policies, procedures,
and school rules. I encourage you to review this material and to contact
a teacher or myself if you have any questions about this information. Throughout
the year, you can also expect additional communications from teachers regarding
individual classroom practices as well as curriculum. Again, welcome to Cordova Elementary School. Please contact me at any time should you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions. E-mail to: avanzit@mcsk12.net . Sincerely, Tamera Avanzi |
