Tennessee Electronic Library
What is T.E.L.?
The Tennessee Electronic Library (TEL) provides free online access to selected electronic databases for all libraries serving the citizens of the state of Tennessee: public, academic, school, and not-for-profit special libraries. T.E.L. provides patrons access to resources that would not otherwise be available to them.
| TEL is supported by state funds and federal funds under the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) and is administered by the Tennessee State Library and Archives, a division of the Tennessee Department of State, Riley C. Darnell, Secretary of State. |
