The mission of Coro Lake Elementary is to be an exemplary school that prepares productive, caring citizens and independent life-long learners to meet the educational challenges of the 21st century and beyond.

• Each student is a valued individual who will express himself or herself appropriately and respect the differences of others
• High expectations and standards will guide instructional strategies and learning activities in every classroom
• Teacher, staff, administrator, parents, and students are responsible for providing a supportive learning environment within our school
• All teachers are committed to academic growth.  Students are provided with a variety of formal and informal assessments to demonstrate their achievement and apply their learning
• Student learning is promoted through the process of decision-making procedures and policies
