Craigmont Middle School

is very proud of three outstanding 8th grade students who thought up and developed a wonderful idea for a project to help others.

LaKeyta Hoskins, Antishiwa Harwell, and Kaylor Boyce decided that they wanted to help the children of St. Jude's Research Hospital and are calling their project "Books 4 Luv." Students at Craigmont have been asked to bring in gently used or new books and//or cash donations in order to provide reading materials for the children at Ronald McDonald House. The three students and their teacher-sponsor, Dennis DeMarco, will take the money and the books to Ronald McDonald House on Valentine's Day. To date, the students have collected over 800 books and over $150.00.
