 The purpose of the Memphis City Schools' NCLB Division is to support the mission and goals of Memphis City Schools to improve student achievement through an emphasis on highly qualified teachers utilizing scientifically researched teaching methods, parental involvement, accountability for results, and alignment of federal programs.
