IMPORTANT IMMUNIZATION INFORMATION FOR GRADE 6 STUDENTS
It is state law that all children entering seventh grade have booster immunizations for varicella and Tdap. Last year, many seventh-grade students were not allowed to register because they did not have the required immunizations.
This year, the MCS Regional Health Clinics and Well Child would like to assist you in getting
your rising seventh-graders compliant with state requirements BEFORE registration. Well Child has delivered packets to our school and have been sent home to parents to obtain their consent. Please take advantage of this opportunity so that your child won’t miss class time at the beginning of the school year.
