Principal’s Message from Mrs. Lori Phillips:

Words cannot express the gratitude and the excitement that I feel about having the opportunity to lead “The Dunbar Elementary!” A school that is known for its location being in the heart of the well respected, well supported, much loved “Orange Mound Community". As the new Principal of Dunbar, the staff and I are committing ourselves to a year of rejuvenation! A year of productivity! A year of redemption! We want our students to know and consider Dunbar as a home away from home. In our mission, we state that we want to ensure that Every child reaches his or her highest potential. With awesome supporters and a continuous renewed commitment- WE will have a successful year! I look forward to meeting you all as we now share our most precious gifts in the world-our children!
