Philosophy of Education

I believe that in education, learning is a continual process that should be embraced with enthusiasm by everyone in the educational environment. Any organization is only as good as its leadership. I believe that an organization should exhibit effective leadership, inspire and support teachers, and provide a safe environment for student achievement. A good learning environment fosters and encourages each of the four essential domains of the whole student. It contributes to the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development of each individual student.
