Tops (shirts,
blouses) must be white, with collars and sleeves.

Acceptable
styles include Polo or golf-style shirts, Oxford or button-down dress
shirts, turtlenecks, and white blouses with Peter Pan collars.

Long
sleeves and short sleeves are both acceptable.

Sleeveless
tops are not acceptable.

T-shirts
may be worn as undergarments. They must be solid white or one of the
additional colors approved by a school’s leadership council.

Vests,
shirts, sweaters, sweatshirts, cardigans, and lightweight jackets
are permitted as items that may be worn over the uniform top. They
must be white, tan, navy blue, black or one of the additional colors
approved by a school’s leadership council.
Bottoms
(pants, walking shorts, skirts and jumpers) must be black, tan or navy
blue.

Acceptable
pants styles include full-length dress pants, boot cut or straight-legged
pants, cargo pants, straight-legged capri pants, cropped pants and
knee-length walking shorts.

Skirts
or jumpers must also be knee-length or longer.

Denim
jeans, tight-fitting or baggy pants are NOT acceptable.

If
belts are worn, they must be fitted at the waist.
Shoes should
not have heels higher than an inch and a half.

All
athletic or tennis shoes, as well as boots, are acceptable.

If
sandals are worn, they must have a heel straps.

No
denim material may be worn as uniform clothing.

All
uniform clothing must be plain without any manufacturer’s
logos, brand
names, pictures, or insignias visible on the clothing.

Heavy
coats, heavy jackets and raincoats are not covered by these regulations
and are not to be worn during the school day unless permitted by
the principal for special circumstances.
Where
can I find the uniform?
Parents can purchase
the uniform anywhere they can find the uniform styles and colors. For

What if I
do not want my child to wear the uniform?
Parents who do not
wish their children to wear uniforms because of religious beliefs or
religious dress or because of a parent's strongly-held beliefs must
contact their school for a Request for Exemption form.
What happens
if a student does not wear the uniform?
Sanctions will be
imposed if a student does not comply with the policy. The sanctions
include: parent notification and conference for the first offense, an
in-school or Home Suspension for the second offense, and a Board Suspension
that parents must clear with the Pupil Services Center for third and
subsequent offences.
