Where can I find the uniform?

Parents can purchase the uniform anywhere they can find the uniform styles and colors. For a non-exhaustive list of stores that have the uniform, visit Memphis City Schools' Uniform Suppliers List or call your local school. For information regarding financial services, contact Extended Learning Services at (901) 325-7622.

What if I do not want my child to wear the uniform?

Parents who do not wish their children to wear uniforms because of religious beliefs or religious dress or because of a parent's strongly-held beliefs must contact their school for a Request for Exemption form.

What happens if a student does not wear the uniform?

Sanctions will be imposed if a student does not comply with the policy. The sanctions include: parent notification and conference for the first offense, an in-school or Home Suspension for the second offense, and a Board Suspension that parents must clear with the Pupil Services Center for third and subsequent offences.
