Principal's Message

Dear Students and Staff,

As the new school year commences, it is imperative that we recognize the importance of teaching and learning. 

As principal of Florida-Kansas, I trust that my passion for academic excellence and high expectations will inspire all who enter our building each day.

Our goal for this school year is to provide a productive, challenging and safe environment for all students and staff.  With our instructional planning evolving around our academic, attendance and behavioral data, we project achieving substantial progression levels that will mirror hard work and commitment.

With the cohesiveness of our staff, we can make the difference in this institution of learning, our surrounding community and the lives of all our students.  Together we can make this school year, “The Year”, at Florida-Kansas.
