Mission
The mission of Fox Meadows Elementary School is to create a safe, academic environment where students
will know how to apply knowledge in real-world situations and be able to communicate clearly, use analytical thinking to solve problems (math and science), read with understanding, and demonstrate technological skills.
Beliefs
Fox Meadows Elementary School believes that:
- All students can learn at higher levels through quality instruction and the involvement of all stakeholders (learning).
- Education is a collaborative process based upon research proven strategies and practices (instruction).
- Varied methods of student assessment must be used and measured to improve academic performance (assessment)
- Stakeholders will utilize the collaborative process for school-wide policies and procedures (decision-making).
- District, state, and federal policies should be followed at all times by all stakeholders (policy).
Vision
Fox Meadows Elementary School will prepare students to achieve at their highest level of academic potential by receiving a quality education; therefore, all stakeholders should develop a partnership ensuring that students will become responsible citizens, problem solvers, and life-long learners in a culturally diverse society.
