Mission

The mission of Frayser Elementary School is for each student to foster a desire to learn, think critically and process information, solve problems by using a variety of resources and technology, communicate effectively, promote a sense of pride, develop self-esteem, and encourage confidence. students are provided with the opportunity to gain necessary academic and social skills, which enable them to become successful, self-sustaining, productive members of society.

Vision Statement

  • All students will score proficient and above on state mandated standards.
  • All students will utilize their knowledge to become successful life-long learners.
  • All students will value education and instill a love of learning into future generations.

Statement of Beliefs

  • All students can learn, achieve, and succeed when provided with the appropriate opportunities.

  • A safe, physically comfortable, and disciplined environment provides a positive setting for learning.
  • Students learn in different ways; therefore, teachers use a variety of methods to teach and assess.

  • A successful learning environment comes from a highly qualified and dedicated staff that adhere to MCS curriculum and state standards.
