WIN Out-of-School
The Comprehensive Out of School Youth Program provides support services designed to facilitate participants' return to school in preparation for obtaining a GED or Adult High Diploma, enrollment in post-secondary training institutions, and attainment of full time employment. This project is funded under an agreement with the Department of Labor and Workforce Development.

WIN In-School
The WIN In-School Program provides academic enrichment and tutorial services designed to help improve high school graduation rates and facilitate student transition into postsecondary institutions and employment. Program services are available for 11th and 12th grade students at selected high schools. This project is funded under an agreement with the Department of Labor and Workforce Development.

The Comprehensive Out-of-School Youth Program (COSYP) expands the services of Memphis City Schools beyond the traditional K-12 program. This grant funded program targets a 16-21 year old population of out-of-school youth who require additional assistance in attaining a GED, Adult High Diploma, or post secondary training.


The program provides a comprehensive network of services including:
