Raleigh-Egypt’s Revised (Student-friendly) Mission Statement

We’re preparing for the future, the leaders we will be;

Our teachers will instruct us to write and speak correctly.

We’ll reason, we’ll calculate, work problems till they’re solved;

Our school, our parents and our neighborhood will all be involved!

We won’t stop till we have met every objective that’s required;

The colleges will want us; the employers will say, “You’re hired!”

Vision Statement

In our ideal vision, we see the administration, faculty, staff, students, parents and community leaders working together as partners to develop and promote a comprehensive high performing school.  It is our vision that our students will graduate from Raleigh-Egypt High School and enjoy success in their chosen endeavors.  It is our vision that the parents will make education a priority in the home and support the learning process at the school.  We further envision that community and business leaders will become more involved in the school, provide assistance and make contributions in ways that will support the education of our students.  The vision for our school is for Raleigh-Egypt to excel academically in all areas, drawing students city-wide, becoming a “magnet” school without the title.  Our safe, nurturing environment will produce the leaders of tomorrow.

Comprehensive Belief Statements

Our stakeholders include the faculty (teachers, support staff, administrators), parents, community representatives and students.  Our stakeholders are continuously involved in reviewing and adjusting our school improvement plan in order to provide the best education for the students.
