           Mr. Zimmerman plans, organizes, guides, evaluates and directs the implementation of Sharpe Elementary School activities including instruction, building administration, communication, and staffing. He makes recommendations concerning the school's instructional programs. He works collaboratively with all staff to strengthen the instructional program and maintains high standards of student conduct which focuses on prevention, communication with parents and high expectations for behavior.
