Sheffield Career & Technology Center emerges as one of the few Technology Centers in the Mid-South to offer hotel/restaurant management in a modern, controlled, realistic setting.

Our paramount objective is to prepare students for the challenges and problem-solving skills needed for the 21st Century workplace. With a capable staff and faculty attuned to student learning; SCTC stands ready to offer a hands-on approach and collaborative effort in helping the student maximize his/her true potential in preparing for a career.

Our unique Leadership Council, entire staff and administration address a plan of action twice annually to ensure marketable goals for our students. Our ultimate challenge is to incorporate attainable skills into our overall teaching methods and assessments.
