Treadwell Elementary Step Team The Treadwell Elementary Step Team members are called the Extraordinary Eagle Steppers. The step team is made up of students in grade 4th-6th. This team provides an opportunity for students to show their support and pride for their school. Family Math and Science Nights Family Math and Science Nights encourage students to bring their parents to the school for an opportunity to engage in Math and Science activities in a relaxed environment. Teachers provide activities for students of all ages to complete. These nights during the school year provide parents a positive interaction with the school and a chance to socialize with other parents from the neighborhood while learning some fun, educational activities to do with their children as well. Family Math and Science Nights contribute to the academic and climate goals at Treadwell. Family Literacy Nights Family Literacy Nights encourage students to bring their parents to the school for an opportunity to engage in Reading activities in a relaxed environment. Sixth Grade Band The sixth grade band is made up of boys and girls from the 6th grade that are interested in participating in a school band. These young men and ladies must demonstrate positive behavior as well as be role models for the students in grades Pre K - 6th grade. |
